Cancellation of order before delivery (right of withdrawal before delivery)

The customer has the right to cancel the order, ie to cancel the purchase transaction before receiving the purchased products. In this case, the Customer sends a cancellation email to farmacleanet.gr at the email address info@farmacleanet.gr. Farmacleanet.gr will accept the cancellation and will return the price to the customer by crediting his credit / debit card or bank deposit only if the (purchased) product / (purchased) products are not on their way for delivery.

Product returns due to delivery error

In all cases in which other than the sold ones are delivered, by type or quantity or a property is missing which has been previously agreed in writing with the COMPANY, the customer returns the products for inspection and ascertainment of the error. In this case, the costs of returning the products to the company as well as the costs of return to the customer are borne by the COMPANY as long as the method of return proposed by the company is observed.
